Prints

Print Detail:

All the prints available are high-quality reproductions of my original paintings or digital art. Each print is personally signed and titled by Lily. I ensure the utmost quality by using archival pigments and exquisite textured William Turner archival paper. To protect the prints, each one is packaged with an archival backing and a clear sleeve.

What does "archival" mean? It means that the prints are created using a museum-quality method of printing. This process ensures that the artwork will endure for a significant period.

Regarding print size, please note that there is a 1-inch white border surrounding the entire image, and the actual image size is 0.5 inches smaller than the listed dimensions. This intentional design allows for easy framing with standard-size mats/frames.

Here are the print sizes available:

  • 8x10 inch print: The total paper size is 10x12 inches.
  • 11x14 inch print: The total paper size is 13x16 inches.
  • 16x20 inch print: The total paper size is 18x22 inches.
  • 24x30 inch print: The total paper size is 26x32 inches.

Please note that for the specific 24x30 inch black & white print, the total paper size remains 24x30 inches.

Shipping

As this is a one-woman operation, kindly allow 1-2 weeks for your artwork to arrive.

For all prints sized 16x20 and smaller, I utilize recycled flat rigid mailers to ensure that your artwork arrives in perfect condition. These mailers are equipped with protective clear sleeves and sturdy backing boards to prevent any damage that may occur during shipping.

For prints larger than 16x20, I take extra precautions by packaging them in sturdy art shipping tubes. This ensures that your artwork arrives safely and without damage.

In the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged during transit, please do not hesitate to contact the artist. I will work with you to find a suitable resolution and ensure your complete satisfaction.

Return Policy

Thank you for considering purchasing my artwork. Here is my return policy:

If you wish to return a fine art print or my notecards, please contact me within 30 days of purchase to initiate the return process. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once the artwork is received in its original condition, a refund will be issued to you.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the damage. I will work with you to determine the best course of action, whether that be a replacement or a refund.

Please note that I require photographs of the damage to be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the artwork. After that time, I cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.

If a replacement is agreed upon, I will ship a new piece of artwork to you at no additional cost. If a refund is issued, it will be for the full purchase price of the artwork, including any shipping or handling fees paid.

I take great care in packaging and shipping my artwork to ensure it arrives safely. However, in the event that damage does occur during shipping, I am committed to working with you to make it right.

Unfortunately, any damage that occurs to your artwork during the framing process is non-returnable. I recommend working with a professional framer to ensure that your artwork is handled with care. Or reaching out if you have any questions on best practices for framing art.

Please note that all original artwork and framed prints are considered final sale.
