Prints

Print Detail:

All prints are high quality images of my original paintings or digital art.

Every print is signed and titled by Lily.

All prints are produced with the highest quality of materials - archival pigments and beautiful textured William Turner archival paper.

Every print is packaged with an archival backing and clear sleeve for protection.

What does Archival mean? - Archival prints are museum-quality. This method of printing creates artwork that is designed to last for a long time.

Print Size:

There is a 1" inch white border around the entire image and the image is 0.5” smaller than the size listed. This is for framing purpose, so that your print will fit in a standard size mat/frame.

8x10 inch print - 10x12 inch total paper size

11x14 inch print - 13x16 inch total paper size

16x20 inch print - 18x22 inch total paper size

24x30 inch print - 26x32 inch total paper size

Framing

I personally like this frame from Frame USA and then purchase my glass and a mat from Frame Destination. This is an affordable frame option and clean look with my art.

What size frame/mat to buy:

8x10” print: 11x14” frame with an 11x14" mat opened to 8x10” artwork

11x14” print: 16x20” frame with an 16x20" mat opened to 11x14” artwork

16x20” print: 20x24” frame with an 20x24" mat opened to 16x20” artwork

24x30” print: 30x36” frame with an 30x36" mat opened to 24x30” artwork

Shipping

As this is a one-woman operation, kindly allow 1-2 weeks for your artwork to arrive.

For all prints sized 16x20 and smaller, I utilize recycled flat rigid mailers to ensure that your artwork arrives in perfect condition. These mailers are equipped with protective clear sleeves and sturdy backing boards to prevent any damage that may occur during shipping.

For prints larger than 16x20, I take extra precautions by packaging them in sturdy art shipping tubes. This ensures that your artwork arrives safely and without damage.

In the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged during transit, please do not hesitate to contact the artist. I will work with you to find a suitable resolution and ensure your complete satisfaction.

Return Policy

Thank you for considering purchasing my artwork. Here is my return policy:

If you wish to return a fine art print or my notecards, please contact me within 30 days of purchase to initiate the return process. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once the artwork is received in its original condition, a refund will be issued to you.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the damage. I will work with you to determine the best course of action, whether that be a replacement or a refund.

Please note that I require photographs of the damage to be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the artwork. After that time, I cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.

If a replacement is agreed upon, I will ship a new piece of artwork to you at no additional cost. If a refund is issued, it will be for the full purchase price of the artwork, including any shipping or handling fees paid.

I take great care in packaging and shipping my artwork to ensure it arrives safely. However, in the event that damage does occur during shipping, I am committed to working with you to make it right.

Unfortunately, any damage that occurs to your artwork during the framing process is non-returnable. I recommend working with a professional framer to ensure that your artwork is handled with care. Or reaching out if you have any questions on best practices for framing art.

Please note that all original artwork and framed prints are considered final sale.
